The Company

Our client is an established and rapidly growing group with offices in the UK and overseas providing a range of products across the service sector.

This multi award-winning business is widely recognised for their outstanding customer service.

Due to a significantupturn in new business, they require an experienced interim to support the Head of FP&A with their upcoming budget cycle.


The Role
This interim role will see you own and deliver the budget, duties will include:

  • Ownership and delivery of group budget & forecasting
  • Identifying and delivering improvements to group budgeting and forecast process
  • Analysis of full P&L, analysing unexpected variances and rectifying any issues
  • Utilising and improving existing modelling tools
  • Partner with the Head of FP&A and CFO to sign off the final budget / forecast position
  • Ad hoc group FP&A responsibilities

The Person

As a qualified ACMA/ACA/ACCA Accountant with demonstrable post-qualified experience you will have proven experience in FP&A and demonstrable evidence of owning and delivering a budgeting cycle.

Excellent Excel is a given and knowledge of Power BI would be adistinct advantage.

Offered initially as a 3 month assignment, the role can be delivered predominantly remotely although the ability and willingness to travel to Birmingham occasionally is preferred.
