We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit a qualified Locksmith Glazier experienced in uPVC window and door lock mechanism repairs who can measure and fit glass.

The job requires to work and travel in the South East London area (Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Southwark, Lambeth).

Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

We are looking for an individual who lives locally.
Experienced Locksmith Glazier.
The role is to - * Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing

  • Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

  • Qualified Level 2 or 3 Locksmith / Glazing
  • Full valid UK driving license
  • Own tools
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • CSCS Skilled Worker card
  • DBS certificate

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required (Saturday or Sunday paid at standard rate in addition to salary)
