Our client based in Hove are looking to recruit Customer Care Business to Business Professional and administrator to work within their busy Support Team that interfaces with their business customers, suppliers, and Account Managers.


There is a fair amount of customer services work involved in the role although compared to traditional customer service work, telephone calls represent a lesser proportion of the overall time for example you may handle perhaps up to 5 calls per day.

There is a mix of independent working as well as collaborative.

Requirements:

  • You would be able to take on responsibility fast and a quick learner for a busy, enjoyable and varied role. You will be a good communicator and have a desire to better yourself. You would ideally have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word though this is not essential.
  • The team is proficient and very competent, thorough, organised and with a positive disposition and good energy. Uplifting to others including colleagues, their customers and partners and so you will fit in with those traits. There is a considerable amount of selfmanagement required and natural drive.
  • It is quite possible that you feel undervalued by your current employer and/ or are looking for fresh challenges, a livelier work environment and/ or wish to take on more responsibility and more involved work. You will not need to have any form of tech background nor no specific interest in tech.
  • They employ happy people who work well in a busy environment and enjoy being part of a likeminded and upbeat team. We look for people to be with us for a good period of time and who generally want to progress within the business.

Full Time, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Fridays 8.30am - 4.15pm
