To carry out administration duties to provide support to the Manchester Hub Warehouse team, to ensure paperwork is processed correctly and to assist with all the deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the inventory all returned stock owned by customer
- Chasing up Stock orders and stock returns with all Visavvi Suppliers
- Updating D-Tools in terms of stock location, uploading job paperwork
- Assist with booking in stock when needed, logging serial numbers and MAC addresses.
- Resolving issues, and escalating to line management where appropriate
- Liaising with Project Coordinators, PM and suppliers to arrange for equipment collections and site deliveries.
- Cover all warehouse administration duties for holidays and sickness within the team
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrator in a similar type of role, demonstrating strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in the completion of administrative tasks
- IT Skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
