To carry out administration duties to provide support to the Manchester Hub Warehouse team, to ensure paperwork is processed correctly and to assist with all the deliveries.

Responsible to book all travel and accommodation for the Operations Team using SCC booking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the inventory all returned stock owned by customer
  • Chasing up Stock orders and stock returns with all Visavvi Suppliers
  • Updating D-Tools in terms of stock location, uploading job paperwork
  • Assist with booking in stock when needed, logging serial numbers and MAC addresses.
  • Resolving issues, and escalating to line management where appropriate
  • Liaising with Project Coordinators, PM and suppliers to arrange for equipment collections and site deliveries.
  • Cover all warehouse administration duties for holidays and sickness within the team

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as an administrator in a similar type of role, demonstrating strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in the completion of administrative tasks
- organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • IT Skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
