Job Purpose
As a HR Generalist you will support both the day-to-day operations of our headquarter site providing advice and expertise to over 800 employees, communicating with colleagues at all levels, including the site management team.
As the HR Generalist you will be accountable for partnering with key departments within the business, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and the recruitment processes.
You will also support a broad range of HR related activities covering the employee lifecycle including, employee relations, absence management, performance management, training & development, health & safety, and payroll.
You will provide guidance in relooking at the companies' policies and procedures, managing the starters and leavers processes, monitoring absence and assist with investigations and disciplinaries.
You will ensure maximum efficiency in staffing all departments by conducting weekly reviews with departments, assisting internal and external audits and performing general HR administrative duties.
Overall, as the HR Generalist you will contribute to ensuring Finnebrogue is recognised as an employer of choice.What it takes
