As an Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our partner schools.   • To maintain, manage and grow the new relationships - ensuring new educators are using SupplyWell services.
  • To ensure all educators are using the SupplyWell platform
  • To have an in depth knowledge of the sector and issues that will impact partners
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience within education recruitment is preferred but not essential
  • Experience managing a team is essential.
  • You MUST have experience using a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
