As an Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our partner schools. - To ensure all educators are using the SupplyWell platform
- To have an in depth knowledge of the sector and issues that will impact partners
- Experience within education recruitment is preferred but not essential
- Experience managing a team is essential.
- You MUST have experience using a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
