The role includes:

  • Checking supplier acknowledgements and updating system
  • Expedite overdue items and update notes within our back office system
  • Assisting the Procurement Team with sourcing of products
  • Sales administration support eg opening of new accounts, updating addresses, cost centres
  • Update and maintain the company database, CRM for both purchasing and sales
  • Assisting with tenders and contracts
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office would be beneficial.

HOURS:
Full Time, 35 hours, Monday - Friday
