Role Overview:

As a Procurement Associate you will become a critical member of the Procurement Team, supporting the business to assist procurement and expedite a range of key materials and components that are critical to the successful operation of this business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ascertain project requirement from SM/PM
  • Raise & place ad hoc consumable PO's
  • Establish best supplier subject to location, product demand, access & cost
  • Make booking with supplier
  • Follow up delivery is on schedule
  • Raise PO on SAP
  • PO management on SAP
  • Management of order confirmations, certification
  • Arrange site inspections where appropriate
  • Check goods on site still required, extend or off hire as appropriate
  • Track project costs
  • Review weekly supplier PO reports
  • Check and process invoices through SAP
  • Reconcile statements
  • Supplier management - checking and reviewing rates
  • Management of proAV plant
