The Civils Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing our live project sites and taking responsibility for the works being completed.

You will need to be open to new ways of working and highly efficient at managing your own workload and running multiple projects.

You will need to ensure that all company procedures are Construction Phase Plans, and all associated documentation is communicated and adhered to.

This position will be based at our Operations Head Office in Sandon, but you will be required to frequently travel to site, with some overnight stays required.

Running multiple projects at once which will be nationwide

  • Management of subcontractors for project works
  • Carrying out upfront site surveys/issuing job packs
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation for projects is complete and issued accordingly
  • Working closely with Project Managers and Technical Managers and ensuring continuous line of communication and project status updates
  • Provide guidance and support to direct Civils teams to ensure that work undertaken is of the right quality and compliant with design/timescales required
  • Civils Supervisory experience and knowledge, advantageous if your experience is within the ICP or Electrical Utilities industry
  • SMSTS/SSSTS card
  • CSCS/EUSR
  • UK Driving License
  • Company vehicle
  • Fuel card
