Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm 5 days in the office

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries
  • Inputting data to a system
  • Ensuring the highest standard of accuracy
  • Using Word and Excel
  • Able to communicate effectively and at all levels both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
