The role
As a Contract Support Assistant, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be a key team player, providing invaluable support to operations. You will also be responsible for deployment activities and administrative tasks, assisting with creating a safe and secure world.

Day to day, you will work with the Contract Support Manager to manage all activities of deployed individuals. The individual is also responsible and accountable for the delivery and management of administrative support to the Contract.

  • To provide support to deploying personnel on Insurance, Passport and Visas.
  • To manage all travel, transport, and accommodation requirements for contract personnel
  • To prepare individuals predeployment and organise predeployment briefings and activities.
  • To ensure correct clothing and equipment has been issued to personnel for the duration of their deployment.
  • To provide adhoc support to the wider contract
  • Upkeep of central database of deployable personnel
This role is full time working 37 hours per week.

Essential experience of the Contract Support Assistant:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel

Qualifications for the Contract Support Assistant:

  • Educated to Level 2 in National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (GCSE grade C or above, level 1 National Vocational qualification (NVQ), Level 1 diploma)
