GSL Education are looking for Graduate Teaching Assistants to support Schools in Boston.

Job Summary: Graduate Teaching Assistants in school settings support the learning activities of younger children under the direction of a lead teacher, focusing on fundamental educational activities, basic childcare, and learning through play.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering educational activities and learning experiences.
  • Support children s educational and social development.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and set up learning environments.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
  • Enthusiastic and supportive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers.

Please note: This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful candidates must satisfy all background checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
