Position:
SEN Teaching Assistant

About:
The school believes in providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Support students with SEN in their learning activities, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies tailored to each student's needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support for students with SEN.
Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education or support (desirable but not essential).
