40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 16:30pm plus call out duties on a rota basis

We have an opportunity for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our day to day responsive maintenance team, based in Leeds.

As a Multi-Trade Operative you will be covering all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance for tenanted properties.

We are looking for someone with skills in plumbing and some skills in joinery, kitchen installation, window and door fitting and general property maintenance.

With a company van and power tools included the role will cover West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
The role of Multi-Trade Operative will include:
Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications
Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, by resolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed

To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Unvented - G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS) or currently undertaking the qualification.

Experience with remedial plumbing repairs and installations. Social housing experience desirable. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
