Duties


To support the existing team through a period of change, reporting into the interim Maintenance manager our client are looking for an experienced electrically biased building Maintenance officer to support the organisation on an interim basis to deliverthe reactive and PPM function of the facilities service currently delivered by a third-party provider.

Also, to assist with the implementation of new process and procedures.

This encompasses hard services, building fabric and fire and security systems. This will be delivered via outsourced service providers and a small in-house team.


The person will be able to demonstrate experience in an operational role in a large organisation delivering operational maintenance to a diverse multi-site portfolio, this can be either direct or as a contractor.


Qualifications & Experience
Must be Electrically Qualified

Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable

Must hold a full valid UK drivers license as there will be some travel requirements to sites in the Borough
