Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage nuclear process work packages to meet scope, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
  • Handle technical aspects of nuclear process engineering packages from inception to handover.
  • Lead and oversee technical design packages, setting project objectives and ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure design documentation meets project requirements and standards.
  • Plan and lead project implementation processes effectively.
  • Manage Quality Management Arrangements and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Document processes, maintain records, and apply quality controls.
  • Communicate risks and hazards effectively to staff and contractors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status preferred or significant engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of Nuclear Safety-related systems and construction techniques.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills.
  • Experience in process engineering solutions design.
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering office applications.
  • Experience in supporting design for submarines or facilities is a plus.
