Location: Covering 14 sites across the UK (must be based in the midlands)
Salary: £49,000 basic
Hours: 45 Hrs week - Mon - Fri
Van + fuel card + mobile phone provided
Overtime paid at 1.3

About your new company

My client is a large HGV Maintenance company with 16 different depots around the UK. They work to the highest of standards and offer constant training and progression paths. Due to their continued success they are now looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join their ever growing team.

About your new Auto Electrician role
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components in automotive vehicles, including wiring harnesses, lighting systems, and electronic control units.
  • Assemble and fit electrical components according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Test electrical systems for functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs, installations, and testing procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
The successful Auto Electrician will have.
  • Previous expreericne working in a similar role
  • NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in Auto Electrics
  • Class 1 licence (Preferable but not essential)
