Job Description

Job Profile: ERP Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to support the deployment of D365 for back-office operations across Europe. You will lead the finance work stream, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology standards. You will come with a strong background in working on the delivery of finance systems, ideally within a retail environment.

2 days a week on site in Hampshire - 18 month FTC

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to plan and schedule key activities.
  • Deliver technical and business solutions in coordination with work stream leads and technical teams.
  • Work with analysts, business users, internal departments, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Employ responsive and agile techniques to meet business expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Governance and Controls:

  • Implement governance and control measures for effective delivery.
  • Provide timely and accurate project reporting.
  • Escalate risks and issues promptly.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships.

Documentation:

  • Ensure systems are documented per IT standards.
  • Manage third-party documentation.
  • Support effective Release and Service Transition planning.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance ERP Project Management with a Retail space would be ideal.
  • Experience with mixed internal and external resource teams.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, or similar certification.
  • F&O Background is valuable.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of achieving results and financial management.
  • Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
