We're offering a flexible 2 or 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC), with the potential to work between 0.6 to 1.0 FTE, based on your availability and the business needs.

Role Overview:

nIn this role, you will:nCollaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand in detail our hiring needs and tailor your recruitment searches accordingly.nProactively identify potential new hires to meet emergent business requirements using a variety of sourcing methods.nEvaluate potential applicants establishing shortlists for consideration.nAct as an ambassador for the SEC brand.


What We're Looking For:

nTo be considered you must already have:nA solid track record of recruiting life sciences recruitment consultants at various experience levels– perm and / or contract.nExperience working in an agency or rec2rec environment.nSkills in crafting engaging communications tailored to the motivations of recruiters and salespeople, maximising the likelihood of successful hires.

nKnowledge of using different search and headhunting methodologies to create candidate pools
