This role will start part time 10-16 hours per week, and then move to full time 37.5hrs per week from June 2024.

- You have a sports related degree (Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning) alongside your sports massage qualification.

Training and Support - We are all about a continuous learning culture. We want to grow our practitioners, share best practice and achieve amazing out comes for our patients. We provide CPD every week and ongoing mentoring for our full time practitioners.
Full Induction and initial training
- Every new team member will go through a full training package. We will show you how we operate, how to integrate into the team and provide continuing support over the coming weeks and months. We provide support and mentoring in the early days to ensure you are not left on your own, but shown how to quickly progress. In fact, it never really stops.
Vibrant, Dynamic team - Challenge others and be prepared to be challenged in our weekly patient case reviews and CPD.
- for those that have the desire and ability, we will work with you and train you whether you want to remain clinically focussed or diversify into research or management.

WHAT WE DO
We provide Physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to thousands of patients across Surrey.
We specialise in MSK and rehab complimented by an excellent Paeds team but our patients also love our Sports Massage and Pilates services.
We are completely focussed on providing amazing outcomes to our patients. We use data to prove our pathways work and inform our patients of the best treatment options.We then use the data to refine our pathways to keep up with the most effective and up-to-date techniques and ensure we evolve our service continually.
THE TEAM
The large clinical team is heavily supported by a Clinical Lead and the Clinical Director.
We have a wide range of experience within our team with many having worked in the NHS before moving into the private sector.
We have clinicians who have excelled in the sporting world and those who have worked hard to develop their skills in a specialist area, so we have most things covered.
Most importantly we also enjoy a fun away event twice a yearTHE CULTURE
