Experience
- Accountable Band 6 midwife experience in an acute setting
- Experience in Antenatal Clinical and Day Unit (desirable)
- Willingness to work in other areas as needed
Qualifications
- NMC Registered Midwife
- Vaccination Qualification (desirable)
Knowledge
- Insight into current Maternity and NHS issues
- Familiarity with Trust values and procedures
Skills
- Competent in all maternity areas
- Forward-thinking in care delivery
- Initiative-driven with excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in parent education classes (desirable)
- Practice assessor background (desirable)
