We are looking for a highly motivated sales individual who has a passion for property, a customer-centric mindset and a determination to succeed.


The role:

  • Build, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in person and by telephone.
  • Able to selfgenerate business opportunities
  • Be a brand ambassador for Redbrik and promote yourself and the business appropriately.
  • Take responsibility for marketing every property you list for let through effective landlord management.
  • Understand your customer's motivation and needs.
  • Carry out property valuations professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide a compelling presentation explaining the Company's unique services and benefits to potential landlords.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement
Property Industry knowledge is preferable. However, we will consider any heavily sales-focused individual from other sectors. You must have the desire and willingness to continually learn about the industry and develop your skills accordingly.
This role is heavily weighted on commissions. On top of a basic salary and generous commissions, you will be entitled to a phone allowance per month.

From £30,000.00 per year
