Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the construction process from start to finish, coordinating all on-site activitiesnDevelop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsnLiaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project deliverynEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policiesnMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arisenManage and motivate site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentnConduct regular quality control inspections to maintain the highest standards of workmanshipnManage material and equipment procurement and deliveriesnParticipate in project meetings and provide updates to senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the high-end residential sectornStrong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulationsnExcellent project management and organizational skillsnStrong leadership and communication skillsnAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesnProficient in using project management software and Microsoft OfficenCSCS card and SMSTS certificationnFull driving license
