As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to prospective customers. You will engage with leads, identify their needs, and promote products or services to meet those needs. Your ultimate goal is to drive revenue by converting leads into customers while providing exceptional service.

Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers.
Develop a deep understanding of the products or services.
Qualify leads

Highlight key features and benefits to drive interest and generate sales.
Address and overcome objections raised by potential customers.
Build rapport and establish relationships

Meet or exceed sales targets
Skills

Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Goal–oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
