We are currently recruiting for several
Production Operatives to work for one of our clients in
Carlisle City Centre
This role is a temporary role for the Spring/Summer time but will be to start asap.
Shift Times:
Vary between 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am all Monday - Friday.
Pay Rate:
£10.42, higher pay rate is achieved through working nightshift.
Experience is not essential but is preferred. Full training and induction will be given prior to starting.
As a Production Operative you will be
responsible for carrying out duties to our client's high standards:
- Learn quickly and efficiently how to place products into machines or inserts, pack products into boxes checking the products are wrapped correctly.
- Be able to follow instructions accurately.
- Understand the importance of Health and Safety whilst working and moving around the site
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well on your own initiative or as part of a team.
- A reliable, friendly, and flexible attitude with good communication skills
- An excellent eye for detail, quality, and hygiene standards
- A passion for producing a quality product and being part of a wellestablished manufacturing team.
