We are seeking a full time Senior Care Assistant to join our growing staff team at Old Sarum Manor Residential Care Home situated in the village of Longhedge, Salisbury.
Hours: 42 hours per week.Contract: 8am - 8pm based on a 3 shift on and 3 shifts off over a 6-week rota.
Pension
Your role includes working under the direction of the Deputy Manager, supporting residents with all aspects of their life.
You will also be supporting your Care team to deliver high standards of care, liaison with GP's, District Nurses and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
You will also be responsible for medication administration, supervision and appraisals of designated staff members.
You will need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or have an NVQ 2 and be willing to complete a Level 3 qualification.

£12.00 per hour
