Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have.
This is a full-time permanent position paying up to
£32,000 with an OTE of £36,000, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Do I need experience?
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Great attention to detail
- A background in customer service
- Experience using computer software systems
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As an aftersales advisor you will be expected to be the face and voice of the whole customer experience from the minute a booking is made to when the customer returns to collect their vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
- Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
- Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
