Data Business Analyst (Data Team)The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned business analyst with experience in data analysis to join our Client Management project within our Asset Management sector. The chosen candidate will collaborate with the Kratos feature team on the design and analysis of data management and reporting projects in an agile setting.
Responsibilities:- Lead workshops to gather and comprehend requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business, and Tech teams to define and document high-level and detailed requirements.
- Develop end-to-end business process maps for current and future scenarios.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct data analysis and collect Data/Field/MI requirements
- Use data mining to extract insights and identify patterns from data sets.
- Utilize tools and techniques to visually represent data in easily understandable formats like diagrams and graphs.
- Map data/fields across different systems to ensure consistency and achieve a unified data source.
- Monitor data quality and facilitate the removal of erroneous data.
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend data content and business needs.
- Address data-related queries and maintain records of these interactions.
- Collaborate with feature teams to clarify user stories and provide support during development.
- Offer necessary assistance for testing in various environments.
- Coordinate business acceptance testing.
- Assist in Demos and create training materials when required.
- Experience in Financial services, Asset management, or a related industry.
- Prior experience as a BA with formal business analysis skills including the ability to investigate, analyze, visualize, and solve problems.
- Previous involvement in data analysis, mapping, and migration projects.
- Ability to comprehend and document business processes clearly, identifying optimization and transformation opportunities.
- Solid grasp of technologies (preferably Salesforce, Azure, PowerBI), data analysis techniques, and comfort working within a tech team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, collaborating with feature teams on requirements, presenting them in understandable ways, and supporting implementation.
