ASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGER - DORCHESTER

Job Role - Assistant Aftersales Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Service Reception Manager

Job Location - Dorchester, Dorset

Salary basic 28k OTE 34k

Hours:
Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays


You will have previously worked in a similar role, or perhaps a Assistant Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor.


Responsible for:

  • Implementing the Service Departments After Sales strategy (in respective area)
  • Maximising volume and gross profit in line with established targets
  • Managing costs
  • Ensuring the Service Team uses the agreed after sales processes to maximise profit opportunities.
  • Ensuring all activities of the Service Team deliver outstanding after sale customer service
  • Providing direction and support to the Service Team to ensure the delivery of agreed targets.
  • Maximises the performance of the Service Department with the Aftersales Manager, through effective recruitment, coaching, management and development.
