A Senior Family Solicitor/Legal Executive is required for a well respected multi-discipline law firm with offices across Kent, Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey and London.

The successful Senior Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will be involved in the growth, strategy and future of this successful department, who focus exclusively on privately funded Family work.

With a reduced case load (approximately 70%), the successful Senior Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will advise on:

  • Divorce and matrimonial work
  • Finance
  • Private law children

You will also be responsible for:

  • Business development/marketing activity in order to develop work for the highly experienced team
  • Strategy of the longterm future of the department
  • Growing the team through supported recruitment


This role would suit an ambitious Family Solicitor/Legal Executive who has strong commercial acumen and an interest in business development.

This is a firm who embrace and actively encourage professional development, and as such, there are full opportunities for progression to Partnership and professional qualification, should this be of interest.

You will be rewarded with a generous (above market rate) salary and benefits package.

NB:
Hybrid working is available (up to 1-2 days per week) after successful probation.
