We are looking for a motivated individual for a part-time role that has experience with property lettings and management administration.


Knowledge / Skills:

Microsoft office skill (Excel and Word) is mandatory.

  • Work calmly, patient and accurately under pressure.

  • Advertisement and photography
  • Up to date knowledge with legislation and regulations

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

Conducting viewings and inspections

Relaying information back to property manager

Making appointments for applicants either in person or by telephone.

Taking calls and providing cover for reception as and when required

Filing correspondence and paperwork.

Inputting information into the database as required

Paying invoices and bills and tracking payments

Advertising properties with use of a professional camera

Maintaining property management software and creating reports.

Such other tasks as the firm may from time to time require.

The role is for 24 hours per week and the office is based in Newport.

Working hours are Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am to 4pm
