Our Bristol store is based on Eastgate Retail Park just outside of the City Centre.

About the team:

Working as part of our kitchen sales & design team in our Bristol store, you'll greet customers, welcome them into our showroom and talk to them about our fantastic kitchen ranges.

Our kitchen department showcases up to 30 displays from top brands such as Rotpunkt, Laura Ashley, Symphony & Omega.

Utilising the range of brands on display, our design team offers our customers a comprehensive design, planning, and sales service to suit all needs.

About the role:

• Asking and answering questions to establish wants and needs and helping to find the ideal kitchen for all our customers.
• Preparing designs, quotations, and specifications to present to our customers.
• Utilising 20/20 Fusion for accurate 3D designs and plans.
• Following up on leads and quotes.
• Attending customers homes for estimation.
• Help to create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers to shop in.
• Assist with the design and maintenance of showroom displays ensuring they looking great, displaying the correct marketing messages so that offers are clear for our customers.
• Working with other members of the team to deliver personal and store level sales targets.

You'll have:

• You will have proven CAD design experience, along with presenting to the customer.
• You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of service and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to make customers feel comfortable when shopping with us.
• The ability to build relationships with customers and other members of the team.
• Experience in customerfacing roles and environments.
• A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and selfmotivated.
