Our client is seeking a Paralegal with knowledge of Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney to play a key part in their legal team in London.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

They operate under a flexible working policy (3 days in the office, 2 remote) and offer competitive renumeration with a strong benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparation of legal documents for wills, probate and lasting power of attorney matters
  • Supporting the company's legal function and collaborating across other areas of the business
  • Managing all administration tasks from post-handling processes, maintaining client records and ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met

Required Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a paralegal position
  • A Law or Finance degree
  • Solid understanding of wills, probate and lasting power of attorney
  • Able to navigate complex legal matters while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
