Responsibilities:
- Qualifying applicants and registering on system.
- Up-dating and managing property and applicant details on our database.
- Facilitate the promotion and successful running of online auction lots
- Liaising with solicitors, chasing all legal documents including contracts of sale to ensure legal packs are supplied and available within the required time frame.
- Dealing with the preparation of legal packs and assisting both buyers and sellers with any queries.
- Up-loading legal packs to website
- Preparing particulars for new properties
- Invoicing
- Ensuring files are maintained and fully compliant
- Booking appointments and managing diary for the department
- Processing exchange of contracts
- Conducting AML checks
- Measure-up and photograph properties in preparation for sale by auction
- Representing sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers
- Keeping up to date with local trends in the residential market
- Carry out competitor analysis
- Prospect and promote all business opportunities under the Dawson's umbrella
- Develop existing and new relationships with potential new clients, such as solicitors, housing associations and any other relevant companies or individuals.
- Maintain confidentiality
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Requirements:
Full clean driving licence.
