What will you be doing?

• Regular balancing of gas well fields and checking gas flare operation
• Scheduled and ad hoc environmental sampling and monitoring
• Regular site checks to ensure leachate wells are compliant, analysis of any problems and correction as required
• Installation and servicing of compressors and service of pneumatic pumps
• Installation of new infrastructure e.g. pumps, etc
• Minor electrical works (problem identification and isolation)
• Fusion welding of pipework
• Auditing of infrastructure
• Management of the Leachate Treatment

What are we looking for?

• Basic mechanical and electrical skills
• An appreciation of waste treatment biological processes
• Knowledge of gas systems infrastructure and well field balancing and knowledge of leachate pumping systems is desirable
• Good health & safety knowledge
• This role will suit an individual who enjoys working outdoors
