Veterinary practice based in Storrington, Steyning & Findon Valley.
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our veterinary practice and to work across our three sites.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and the general public both on the telephone and in person, demonstrating a professional and knowledgeable impression to promote the Practice.
Important duties will include:
- Booking, cancelling and changing appointments
- Processing and recording payments
- Handling insurance claims and instalment queries
- Completing the end of day reconciliation procedures
- Dispensing medications/prescriptions
- Keeping client/patient records up to date
- Maintaining stock levels
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Ensuring the reception area and consulting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
