Position Purpose
At TAIT it is our commitment to create moments that move people.

Serving as a graphic designer as part of TAIT global studio on a multi-month contract, you'll be responsible for bringing a creative vision to life through dynamic and engaging graphics that are complementary to the overall guest experience.

This person is fluent working across multiple brand guidelines for clients and internal teams, whilst maintaining consistency in how brands are visually represented.

They are a Champion of the TAIT brand driving integration and brand awareness for the company no matter the project they are focused on.

This highly collaborative, flexible and team-oriented individual is adaptable in a high-stress environment with last minute changes.

Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Be a "brand champion" maintaining brand consistency throughout projects, regardless of the brand you are working on
  • Play an integral part of the pitch concept & presentation design for RFP & clients
  • Support crossfunctional teams with the creation and/or development of graphic design & assist in production on projects such as presentations/documents, print graphics, advertisements, social media assets & branded product mockups
  • Able to develop new branding or expand on existing brand elements to complete the vision of the overall creative direction for a live experience
  • Be able to develop best practices for brand assets and champion guidelines to other designers & stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of print production processes, preparing files for output across a variety of file types, substrates and printing methods. Able to correct errors and troubleshoot files output (i.e. file proofing). Proofing production files for sizing, language, color, or output errors
  • Be able to take feedback from art directors and other creative team members. Absorb and implement constructive criticism from peers and clients

Minimum Qualifications
To perform the essential responsibilities, individuals must have the following level of education and experience, or equivalent combination. Additionally, the following certifications, knowledge, skills, or physical requirements are necessary for the position.

  • Extensive graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design across multiple brands
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required. MS Office Suite and presentation software such as Keynote/PowerPoint & Google Slides are also key software requirements.
  • Familiarity with collaborative design software, cloud storage platforms and ability to implement best practices in file management processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to create large and small format graphic assets for both print & Understand a range of print and digital formats for graphics
  • Working knowledge of slack and zoom is a plus
  • Willingness to work outside of normal 95 business hours and on weekends

Outcomes

  • Working with clients to create dynamic graphic design elements across multiple projects and delivering ontime and onbudget.
  • Supporting internal teams on Championing the TAIT brand and helping to establish a stronger brand across marketplaces
  • Playing a keyrole in the pitch and RFP process developing strong presentations and documents to win new business
