As a Lead Generator at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts through proactive lead generation activities.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating initial contact through cold calling, conducting industry research, and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team.

Your contributions will directly impact our overall sales strategy and business growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within target industries and market segments.
  • Utilise various tools and resources to gather accurate and relevant information about prospects.
  • Initiate outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce our company, products/services, and identify potential opportunities.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for further engagement.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, progress, and results.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve lead generation processes and outcomes.
