We are recruiting for Lisnisky Care Home.
We are recruiting full and part time staff to join our team

  • Assist the Nursing Staff in providing residents with all personal care and assisting all clients with their general needs
  • Attend and participate in handover from nursing staff taking instruction from the nurse in charge with regards to the priorities for the shift ahead.
  • Maintain records as directed by nursing staff / team leaders.
  • Be expected to demonstrate a high level of observation skills. Updating patient records, recording observations etc.

Essential Criteria

  • Must have a caring, compassionate nature and be willing to support service users with poor mental health and challenging behaviour
    including personal care:
  • Available to work a flexible shift pattern including 1:1 support, evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Eligibility to work in UK
