This role is open to candidates all around the UK, but you need to have access to our offices in Warrington, Bracknell, or Basingstoke and be willing to travel nationwide.

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Dell Enterprise team as an external Business Development expert. In this role, you will be crucial in translating vendor and technology growth strategies internally, spearheading strategic projects. You will closely collaborate with marketing to leverage Market Development Funds (MDF) and work with the sales team to seize specialized opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Expand profitable market share by executing the Business Unit's strategy effectively.
  • Lead negotiations for key tenders and large deals.
  • Optimize sales from the agreed vendor portfolio, including identifying new vendors and implementing business growth strategies.
  • Create compelling proposals by understanding customer needs and planning effective approaches.
  • Introduce and promote solution and service offerings, including TaaS, to the market.
  • Manage quarterly vendor business plans and their execution.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and management.
  • Deliver value to customers while maintaining expected profit margins with a balanced product mix.
  • Support sales teams in winning and increasing market share and wallet share.
  • Engage with vendors and stakeholders to establish TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.
  • Use CRM tools effectively for seamless business operations.
  • Understand and articulate TD SYNNEX's core value proposition in alignment with customer needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp strategic direction and challenges effectively.
  • Proficient in clear communication with customers through various channels.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective self-management and organizational skills.
  • Skilled in building relationships at multiple levels.
  • Experience in service and solution selling, with a strategic planning mindset.
  • Demonstrated self-management capability in an external setting.
  • Previous experience in business planning.

This position is flexible across the UK, but access to our offices in Warrington, Bracknell, or Basingstoke is required, with willingness to travel nationwide.
