Job Title: Head of Housekeeping

Location: Christchurch, BH23 2UG

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent role, 40 hours per week x1

Join our heartwarming Fairmile Grange Care home where every sweep, wipe, and polish tells our residents you care. You will be an essential part of the team and will maintain the beauty of our home with meticulous dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning.

Main duties and responsibilities as a Head of Housekeeping:

  • Manage staff rota ensuring an appropriate skill mix and sufficient departmental cover
  • Maintain stock of cleaning materials, ordering weekly
  • Adhere to staffing and equipment budget guidelines
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards as per guidelines and schedules
  • Perform general domestic cleaning tasks such as washing floors, surfaces, vacuuming, and dusting
