You will **optimize** supply and demand using **data**, advocating for **technology** to enhance **business performance**.

Lead the **Local Network Planning** function within a **divisional framework**, emphasizing **data**, **technology**, and **process automation**.

**Accountable** for **service profitability** and driving **improvements** at a **bus service level**. **Monitor** and **enhance** punctuality performance utilizing advanced **technology** (Prospective IO).

Oversee the performance of the **road network** in the **Local Business Unit**, targeting **improvements** to boost journey speed and reduce variability.

Identify **local network growth initiatives** through analysis, aiding in their implementation, and seizing **national network development** opportunities at a local scale.

**Maximize revenue** and **cost efficiencies** by deploying the vehicle fleet optimally, contributing to the **divisional decarbonization program** at a **local** level.

**Collaborate** with the divisional pricing team to ensure **pricing** enhances **network profitability**, integrated into improvement strategies.

**Maintain** strong ties with **internal stakeholders**, including **commercial**, **finance**, **depot leadership teams**, and more.
