Content Creator and Social Media Executive

The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Marketing Executive in the development of the social media strategy and leading and developing inhouse content to enhance the Strata brand awareness, create community presence and promote recruitment.


This role would suit someone with a solid understanding and experience with short and long form content creation and will consist of creating, scheduling and posting content to LinkedIn and Instagram as well as creating and editing video content that will be shared across multiple channels.


You will be responsible for re-purposing digital content for social media channels and keeping up to date with the narrative across all channels - Including Instagram and LinkedIn.

Education and skills

  • Qualification/Degree relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the events industry is a bonus but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite and videomaking tools.
  • An eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Impeccable command of the English language, being able to adapt information for the purpose of social media.
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
