We are seeking an experienced "hands on" Store Person to be based at our Instrument store to ensure that the Store is kept safe, well organized and efficiently managed

Your expertise will not only help us maintain a safe working environment but also help us to minimize loss and wastage.

You will implement the latest Health, Safety, and Wellbeing regulations and develop an inventory control system to keep an accurate record of musical instruments and resources held on site.

At times, you may be asked to move items between our Instrument Store and main office using your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Being an alarm keyholder
• Regular H&S and premises checks and testing (e.g. fire alarms)
• Reviewing and updating the Store Risk Assessments from time to time
• Ensuring deliveries are accurately checked and updated on inventory tracking systems
• Ensuring collections are prepared, checked and updated from inventory tracking systems
• Managing physical stock counts and keeping accurate records of items in store
• Managing the physical layout of the warehouse to make best use of the space available to support planned deliveries/collections and other instrument or resource movements
• Being present for third party engineer/utilities company visits (e.g.

ADT) where there is a requirement for testing/works on site
