It's a great time to join us as we continue to build on our success through 2023 and beyond and we are looking for an experienced Property Sales Advisor to join us at our beautiful Fitzjohn's development in Hampstead.


About the role


Just a stone's throw from the heart of village life Fitzjohns offers a collection of 29 artistically designed one, two and three bedroom apartments alongside our social spaces which include concierge, club lounge, spa, wellness studio and landscaped gardens.


You'll lead the sales for this beautiful property, becoming the face of our brand and facilitating sales in the development.

You will become an expert on every aspect of the development and build relationships with our prospective owners, giving them a truly first-class experience.


Your role will be to take new residents on the customer journey from first contact through reservation, exchange, and onto occupation at Fitzjohns.


  • Achieve sales through confident and knowledgeable demonstration of our development, lifestyle and benefits of amenities during viewings
  • Network with local groups, clubs and societies to forge links offering to invite members to events
  • Make suggestions on local marketing and PR events and opportunities
  • Be thorough in working through our extensive database of customers interested in our developments in London
  • Crosssell alternative developments that may suit a customer's requirements more closely
  • Follow due diligence processes when taking a reservation to ensure affordability and then work closely with the Sales Progressor to achieve agreed completion dates
  • Call or meet with Estate Agents on a weekly basis, pushing for leads to be passed across
  • Monitor development Rightmove & company website listings to ensure information is correct and reflects the site well
  • Sales office and show apartment kept to a high standard of presentation at all times

About you
You'll be an experienced Property Sales professional with estate agency, new homes or developer experience.

Ideally you'll have experience of selling luxury high end properties and a strong knowledge of the Hampstead property market will be a distinct advantage.


You must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills, as well as the ability to close sales and strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills are essential.

You'll be highly professional with great people skills and a positive attitude.


At Lifestory we use G Suite and Salesforce, so an understanding of these would be an advantage, alternatively the ability to understand new technology quickly is required.
