Facilities Maintenance Worker

Our client based in the
Stourbridge area are currently looking for a number of
Estates & Facilities maintenance workers to join their growing team.


The Duties are as Following:

  • To work at 1 weekend in every 4 and be available for on call rota
  • Identify and report any failures within the premises
  • Work as part of the security arrangements (Opening + Locking up)
  • Ensure safety of occupants when responding to emergency situations
  • Knowledge of building trades and services
  • Proven experience of conducting building checks as part of maintenance team

Shifts:

  • Day shifts (Part Time 15 Hours)

Pay Rate:

- £10.46 per hour

Please also note that these roles are long term, with the potential of a permanent employment after 12 weeks.
