Process Coordinator:

What you need to know about the role


As a Process Coordinator you have a varied and challenging role and will be required to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs while developing strong relationships with those customers.

You will be the principle point of contact liaising on a regular basis ensuring our customer needs are delivered beyond their expectations through operational excellence and putting customer service first.


You will also collate transport information and populate the required systems to request transport and ensure effective communication between the production planning, commercial and transport provider in order to align customer demands with the constraints of operational capacities.


Ensuring dispatch paperwork is produced correctly and distributed promptly to the appropriate personnel in order to achieve the loading plan is a key part of the role.


What we need to know about you
This is an exciting opportunity for applicants with a good general education and experience in a customer facing/planning role.


You should be self-motivated, well organised and able to prioritise workload and will have displayed practical skills in analysis, problem solving while displaying good decision-making capabilities.


We need someone with sound administrative skills, with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and able to display excellent communication and involvement skills with all levels of the organisation.
