As a Room Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our uniquely designed rooms are cleaned and maintained to impeccable standards. Your role is crucial in providing our guests with a comfortable and memorable stay. Each room offers a different experience, adding variety and excitement to your daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
  • Ensure all amenities are replenished and presented to the highest standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Uphold Firmdale's commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve high efficiency.
