Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Craigavon Area Hospital Main Duties and Responsibilities: To provide safe, effective care with compassion.

To provide care that is patient-centered whilst ensuring that patient's dignity and privacy are always maintained. To provide, where appropriate, personal assistance to patients such as bathing, washing, toileting, dressing and feeding. To observe and report to Nurse in Charge regarding a patient's health, wellbeing, and behaviours. To report to the Nurse in Charge any untoward incidents, e.g. falls, accidents, unexplained injuries.

Hours of work:

Flexible working hours/adhoc shifts Criteria Minimum of 6 months formal/paid experience working in a hospital, care home or nursing home in the UK is essential.

For Band 3 roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must have training and competency signed off for (1)
