Amber Mace are currently recruiting a Domiciliary Deputy Manager to assist the Manager in running the day-to-day care delivery for a fantastic homecare provider, who provide outstanding complex care packaged to vulnerable individuals living within their own homes in Rotherham & Barnsley area.

My client is a well-established care provider that pride themselves on providing the highest possible standard of care to their residents and helping their service users to live independently without sacrificing the quality of their care.


Job Role:

  • Assist the manager in overseeing a large staff team
  • Ensure CQC compliance and standards are met
  • Assists in the training and monitoring of staff members
  • Ensure the provision of appropriate levels of assistance at all times for all service users
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate records are kept on residents and service users
  • Assists in the recruitment, training and induction for new starters

You will have:

  • Proven track record caring for vulnerable individuals with a commitment to providing high quality care at all times
  • Previous supervisory experience from the health and social care sector, including; managing rotas and payroll, performance reviews, interviewing and inductions for new starters
  • You will ideally hold a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or working towards
  • You will be supportive and caring and empower the team to always do their best in delivering the highest standards of care
